The data collected can be viewed in real time on the dashboard and downloaded as a data file. You can do this in a number of ways:
- highlight the relevant project in the projects list, then click see reports in the toolbar;
- click directly on the project's survey status icon in the projects list;
- open the project and, at the top of the screen, click see reports.
Project status
The first reports screen (the status tab) displays a number of metrics related to the current project, e.g. the number of actual respondents vs. the number of invited respondents.

Daily Completes
In order to access daily completes, click entries. This report shows the number of daily completes per username over a period of two weeks. The report can be filtered according to a set starting date, or by respondent username:

This report can also be exported in a CSV file; click export entries at the top of the screen.
Viewing and editing custom reports
It is possible to create your own custom reports, and view custom reports that have been created previously. For information in creating a report, see creating reports.
To view previously created reports:
- At the top left of the reports screen, click the reports tab.
- In the list of reports, click on the report name you wish to view.
To download previously created reports:
- At the top left of the reports screen, click the reports tab.
- In the list of reports, hold the mouse pointer over the report you wish to download, and click download:

- Follow the instructions in your browser to save the report to your computer. Depending on the report settings, it will download either as a comma-separated (CSV) file, or a ZIP archive containing both the CSV and possible media files .
To edit a previously created report:
- At the top left of the reports screen, click the reports tab.
- In the list of reports, hold the mouse pointer over the report you wish to download, and click edit:

To delete a previously created report:
- At the top left of the reports screen, click the reports tab.
- In the list of reports, hold the mouse pointer over the report you wish to delete, and click delete (the trash can icon):
