Panel folders

A panel folder is mechanism to organise lists of respondents based on a common factor that makes sense to the panel or lists' owner. It is similar to Project Folders.

Rules

A panel can contain multiple lists, but it cannot contain other panels.

A panel cannot contain respondents directly. Only lists of respondents.

A panel cannot be assigned directly to projects, they can be assigned to lists of respondents only.
